Donna was wonderful. She upgraded me to the gardner's cottage suite because i was staying several nights. it featured a cozy sitting room and a lovely bedroom. the large bathtub and separate shower offered excellent water pressure and temperature (what a delight after a long day of travelling!).
i had booked a room in a building separate from the main inn, but it lacked wifi connectivity. i was moved to a smaller room inside the inn.

i enjoyed the pub with its fabulous surroundings. plenty of beautiful countryside sat right on our doorstep. the room was a good size, warm and comfortable. the bathroom had a great size, also warm with a good shower.

The building sits in a beautiful village, a very traditional hotel. the area is close to many gorgeous walks. This is ideal if you need to walk off dessert. parking seemed like a three-point-turn olympic event.
